According to Decision No. 473/QD-UBND dated August 1, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province decided to merge the Thai Binh Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education and the Hung Yen Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education into the Hung Yen Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education. The Association operates according to the approved Charter and is under the state management of the Department of Education and Training and related departments and branches.   Decision No. 238/QD-MTTQ-BTT dated August 28 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education for the 2022-2027 term; appointed Mr. Vu Manh Hien to hold the position of Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial Association for Promotion of Education and 7 other men and women to hold the position of Vice Chairmen of the Association.

To effectively carry out the assigned tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education assigns tasks to the Standing Committee members and Executive Committee members. At the same time, continue to improve, consolidate and develop the association organization and members; advise the Party Committee, the government and the Fatherland Front, coordinate with agencies and units to implement the tasks of promoting education; launch emulation campaigns to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and towards the celebration of Vietnam Promotion of Education Day on October 2.
