In early November 2025, the bustling atmosphere of the National Great Unity Day (NDFF) spread throughout villages and residential areas. This is an opportunity to strengthen village and neighborhood ties, motivating people to join hands to build a rich, beautiful and civilized homeland.

For the people of Binh Tri village, An Thi commune, the DKKDTDT festival is an opportunity to look back after 1 year of joining hands to build a new countryside. Flat, clean roads, effective economic models have appeared, bringing stable income to many households. Delighted with that achievement, on November 1, Binh Tri village successfully organized the DKKDTDT festival in a bustling, excited atmosphere. Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen, Head of the Front Work Committee of Binh Tri village, said: The village has 273 households with over 900 people.
People always trust and comply with the policies of the Party and the State; actively respond to emulation movements, especially the construction of cultural residential areas. In 2025, the village had 256 households achieving the title of cultural family, accounting for 93.7%. Community activities were maintained regularly, the movement "All people protect national security" was promoted, no social evils occurred. The average income is estimated at 79 million VND/person/year. On this occasion, the village commended and rewarded 3 typical households, Mr. Dao Van Tam, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thoa and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Loan, who have made many contributions to the community.
The festival's joy was even more vibrant with the performances performed by the people themselves. Ms. Vu Thi Nguyen excitedly shared: I am very happy to join everyone in performing the performance "Central Vietnam remembers Uncle Ho". We have been enthusiastically practicing for nearly a month, each dance, each word praising the homeland and country is not only a joy of art, but also shows the spirit of solidarity and close attachment of the people. When standing on stage, receiving enthusiastic cheers from the people, I feel extremely happy.
Sharing the joy of the DDKTDT festival, the people of Nhao Son village, Thuy Anh commune are busy decorating, practicing performing arts and participating in sports activities to organize the festival on November 5. For nearly a month now, the village cultural house has been filled with the singing of more than 60 members of the art troupe, including teenagers, farmers, women, youth union members and elderly members, practicing 14 performances. Everyone temporarily put aside their daily work to enthusiastically participate and prepare for the important festival. Mr. Do Ngoc Phan, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Front Work Committee of Nhao Son village shared: The village has 649 households with 1,890 people. Currently, the village has more than 20 economic development models, including 11 business and service models and 22 farms with an income of over 200 million VND/year.
In 2025, the village had 624 households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", accounting for over 97%; 100% of school-age children went to school, no children dropped out of school; 100% of households used clean and hygienic water; the poverty rate dropped to 1.24%. Being chosen as the village to organize the festival, all the people of Nhao Son were excited and eager. The festival not only created a joyful and warm atmosphere but also spread the spirit of solidarity, consensus and improved people's lives, towards the emulation movements of the province.

According to the plan of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, 22 residential areas in 104 communes and wards in the province will organize the Ethnic Minority Emulation Day from November 1 to November 18, 2025. The festival aims to honor outstanding collectives and individuals in implementing patriotic emulation movements and social security activities, and is also an opportunity for the community to look back on the results of building cultural life and developing the local economy and society.
During the festival, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels coordinated to give gifts to poor and near-poor households, helping people have a warm and meaningful festival. Comrade Dang Thi Chien, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, emphasized: The Ethnic Minority Youth Festival received special attention from the entire political system, connecting the village and neighborhood, strengthening the consensus and closeness between the people and the government. The festival also created a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging people to actively participate in movements to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas and social security activities, while aiming to welcome the 14th National Party Congress and the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. The Ethnic Minority Youth Festival has become an important event, both improving the material and spiritual life of the people and contributing to promoting the tradition of solidarity, creating a solid foundation for the province to develop comprehensively and sustainably.
