The Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning will hold its first General Assembly in January 2026.

On the morning of December 16th, the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning held its first (expanded) Executive Committee meeting for the 2021-2026 term, aiming to unify important issues regarding the organization, program, and activity plan of the Association after the merger, and to prepare for the first General Assembly for the 2026-2031 term.

Chairman of the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning, Pham Dang Khoa, delivered a speech at the conference.

At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning summarized the association's activities in 2025, and also announced the decisions of the Provincial People's Committee and the Central Association for the Promotion of Learning of Vietnam ; approved the association's operating regulations; and drafted the assignment of tasks for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, and key positions of the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning after the merger.

The conference also heard reports on several issues related to the organizational structure, programs, and work plans of the association in the coming period; reports on the draft plan for organizing the Congress and the draft personnel plan for the first Congress, term 2026-2031.

At the conference, delegates discussed and contributed ideas to finalize the draft report, which will serve as the basis for organizing the first Congress for the 2026-2031 term, expected to take place in January 2026.
