In 2024, the Office has performed well its advisory and synthesis role in implementing the tasks and direction and administration of the Ministry's leaders and theeducation and training situation of the sector. Promote administrative reform and control administrative procedures. In particular, advise on the synchronous implementation of administrative reform contents in 2024 according to the Program and plan of the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform under the guidance of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry's Administrative Reform Plan.
Regarding communication work, the Ministry Office has developed a communication plan in which policy communication is promoted. Update and monitor press opinion daily, send recommendations to leaders of each unit to have plans to handle hot issues, respond to the press promptly, and prevent communication crises. Actively coordinate with units in propagating the policies and guiding viewpoints of the Ministry.

Regarding organizational and personnel work, in 2024, the Office will thoroughly grasp and seriously implement Party regulations and legal documents related to personnel work such as management and use of payroll; streamlining payroll and building job positions, appointments; training and fostering; emulation and rewards; quality assessment and classification; policies related to civil servants, public employees and workers.
In addition, in 2024, the Ministry Office continued to effectively manage and use funding sources and improve working conditions, facilities and welfare for civil servants, public employees and workers. In 2025, the Office will continue to innovate its direction and management; focus on implementing tasks in the Office's 2025 work plan; develop specific plans, clearly define responsibilities, organize the implementation of work programs according to assigned functions and tasks, ensuring progress and quality.

On this occasion, based on the results of the work, many collectives and individuals were recognized and rewarded. Among them, there was 1 unit that completed its tasks excellently, 0 units that completed their tasks well, 21 individuals that completed their tasks excellently, 84 individuals that completed their tasks well, 9 advanced labor collectives, 149 advanced labor individuals and 45 Emulation Soldiers at the grassroots level.
