On March 22, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union (VFU) held a national conference to study, disseminate and implement Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo; Resolution of the National Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Farmers' Union (VFF), term 2023-2028 and Decision No. 182/QD-TTg dated February 20, 2024 of the Prime Minister.

The conference was held online at 4,906 provincial, district and grassroots points, with 112,716 delegates, officials and farmer members attending.
Attending the conference at the Thanh Hoa province bridge were leaders, officials, civil servants, employees and workers of the provincial People's Council.
The conference was also connected to 28 district, town and city level bridges in the province with 1,279 delegates; 55 grassroots level bridges with 923 delegates.
Comrade Tran Binh Quan, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the bridge in Thanh Hoa province.
At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Luong Quoc Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, disseminate Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo on innovation and improvement of the quality of activities of the Vietnam Farmers' Union to meet the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new period; Vice Chairmen of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union disseminated the Resolution of the National Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, term 2023-2028; basic contents of the Charter of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, term VIII (amended and supplemented); key work program of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, term 2023-2028; Decision No. 182/QD-TTg dated February 20, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Vietnam Farmers' Union participates in developing collective economy in agriculture".

Studying, thoroughly grasping and implementing Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW, dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo; Resolution of the National Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Farmers' Union (VIII term), term 2023-2028 and Decision No. 182/QD-TTg, dated February 20, 2024 of the Prime Minister to help cadres and farmer members grasp the basic and core contents of the Resolutions; thereby creating unity of will and action in the entire Association system to effectively organize and implement the Resolutions, encourage and motivate all cadres and farmer members nationwide to promote their intelligence, uphold the spirit of responsibility, trust and actively participate in activities organized by the Vietnam Farmers' Union to build a strong Vietnam Farmers' Union, contributing to the development of ecological agriculture, modern countryside and civilized farmers.
This is also a broad political activity for all cadres and farmer members, especially key and specialized cadres at all levels of the Association, to grasp the content of the Resolutions, thereby concretizing and organizing the implementation of the Resolutions in a timely, creative and effective manner; creating a spirit and a vibrant emulation movement at all levels of the Association right from the first years of implementation.
