Women's Union of Brigade 101 cooks 2,000 meals to support people

On November 26, the Women's Union of Brigade 101, Naval Region 4 organized the cooking and giving of 2,000 meals to support households in Tay Nha Trang ward that were heavily affected by floods.

Officers, soldiers, and women's union members of the brigade packed food and sent it to the people.

From early morning, 24 officers and members of the Women's Union of Brigade 101 mobilized the kitchen, assigned tasks to prepare ingredients, process and package meals. Each meal portion was guaranteed to be nutritious and hygienic. The unit proactively coordinated closely with local Party committees and authorities to identify areas in need of support, prioritizing delivery to single-parent households, families with the elderly, children and households that lost all their food due to deep flooding. In conditions where many roads were still muddy, officers and members of the Women's Union of Brigade 101 handed over the meals to local mobile vehicles to take to heavily damaged areas.
