The introduction at the workshop stated: Currently, the whole province has 43 high schools and equivalent. Determining that the work of developing party members among students is an important task to increase the vitality of the Party and create future generations of cadres, in recent years, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee has paid special attention to the work of developing party members among students and considers this one of the important and regular political tasks.

By the end of March 2025, the entire Quang Tri province had admitted 275 party members who were students. Most of the new party members were students with political courage, strictly followed the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, had good moral qualities; promoted a sense of responsibility, were exemplary in studying and training; actively participated in activities at school and in residential areas, contributing to creating a source of quality cadres in the future.

In addition to the achieved results, the work of developing party members among students still faces difficulties and obstacles. Therefore, Le Duan Political School organized a workshop to create a forum for exchange, discussion, sharing of experiences, identifying shortcomings and inadequacies and proposing synchronous and practical solutions, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the work of developing party members among students in the province in the coming time.

In their discussions at the workshop, delegates focused on clarifying outstanding results, some difficulties, problems and solutions to strengthen the work of developing party members among students in the province such as:

Party development work among students in Quang Tri province - current situation and solutions. Party development work among students in Huong Hoa High School - initial results and some experiences. Some difficulties and problems in the work of developing party members who are students in Cam Lo High School. The role of the youth union organization in the work of developing party members who are students in high schools and colleges. Some factors affecting the work of developing party members among students in Quang Tri province...

After the workshop, the accurate, responsible, and practical opinions related to the work of developing party members among students in Quang Tri province will help Le Duan Political School continue to complete the workshop's proceedings.
