Scientific conference "Ha Tinh Literature and Arts 50 years after the country's reunification"

On the afternoon of April 23, in Ha Tinh City, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a scientific seminar with the theme: "Ha Tinh Literature and Arts 50 years after the country's reunification (1975 - 2025)". Attending were representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors along with many artists and researchers.

The workshop is part of a series of activities to implement Plan No. 390-KH/BTGTW of the Central Propaganda Department and Plan No. 237-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, aiming to summarize the 50-year journey of building and developing literature and arts after the country's reunification.

Over the past 50 years, Ha Tinh literature and art have constantly innovated, closely following the reality of life, affirming their mark in the general flow of Vietnamese literature and art. The province's literary and artistic team has grown in quantity and quality, with many works winning domestic awards, many artists honored with State Awards, Meritorious Artists, People's Artists, etc.

The workshop received 20 presentations, of which 6 were presented directly, focusing on evaluating the outstanding achievements and trends of Ha Tinh literature and art in the period 1975-2025; at the same time identifying challenges in the new context and proposing development solutions in the period of digital transformation and deep integration.

Speaking at the workshop, Mr. Bui Nhan Sam - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department - acknowledged and praised the great contributions of the artists; at the same time, proposed to continue to remove difficulties in mechanisms and policies; focus on discovering and training young talents; build works with profound ideology and artistic value, contributing to spreading the culture and people of Ha Tinh.

Concluding the workshop, Mr. Tran Nam Phong - Chairman of the Ha Tinh Literature and Arts Association - affirmed that the results of the workshop will be the basis for continuing to perfect the orientation and improve the quality of creative activities, theories, and criticism of literature and arts in the province in the coming time.
