To proactively prevent the risk of disease outbreaks after floods, the Dien Bien Police Women's Association sent members to the flooded area in Muong Luan commune to guide people on environmental treatment and disease prevention.

During 2 days (August 4 and 5), the Women's Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Police sent more than 30 members to areas heavily affected by the recent flash flood to guide and support people in handling odors and disinfecting high-risk areas, such as schools, public places, especially places where animal carcasses were found, potentially causing serious pollution after the flood.

In addition, the Provincial Police Women's Association also presented 45 gifts, including rice, instant noodles, drinking water, rice cakes, clothes, etc. to affected households and commune police officers who are directly performing their duties at the grassroots level; and supported the relatives of member Hoang Thi Hiep, 7/5 Hospital, who was seriously injured in the flood and is being treated at Bach Mai Hospital.

The Women's Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Police presented food and essential supplies to the Commune Police on duty at the grassroots level.
