Bac Lenh Primary School (Cam Duong Ward, Lao Cai) has just organized the exchange program "Connecting joy with you" and the joint thematic activity "Solutions to improve education quality" for the 2025-2026 school year with the participation of Ly Tu Trong Secondary School. The program attracted a large number of administrators, teachers and more than 1,000 students of the two schools, affirming their companionship in the journey of innovation - connection - connection - development.
In the exchange session “Connecting joy with me”, many exciting and energetic activities brought an exciting atmosphere to the students. The Mashup performance “The Road Forward – Song of the People’s Teacher” by Ly Tu Trong Secondary School students and the recycled fashion show with the theme “Environmental Protection” by Bac Lenh Primary School students made a strong impression, both creative and conveying the message of environmental protection awareness, the tradition of respecting teachers and the desire to live beautifully.
Notably, the “mentors” who are students from Ly Tu Trong Secondary School have accompanied and supported the children of Bac Lenh Primary School in their journey of nurturing positive emotions. In just a short time, the teams have created “Thank You Trees” and profound “Love Emotions” products, helping students become bolder, more confident and have a clear direction in their studies. Through group experiences, the children understand themselves, learn how to share and spread positive energy.
Students from both schools also had the opportunity to interact with former students of Bac Lenh Primary School, who were valedictorians and achieved many outstanding achievements at the current level of education. This was an important source of inspiration for students from all over the school.
After the student activities, the teaching staff of the two schools continued to observe classes 5A1 and 5A3 and participate in professional discussions. From the actual lessons, the teachers discussed teaching methods, activity organization techniques, and ways to support students in developing their abilities. The discussion took place in an open spirit, helping teachers of the two schools draw on many experiences and solutions to ensure the connection of programs, methods, and skills during the transition period from primary to secondary school.
