- On the morning of August 15, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy, Ministry of Industry and Trade to organize a training conference, disseminate regulations on e-commerce business, and foster livestream skills on e-commerce platforms for more than 100 delegates representing enterprises, cooperatives, and traders in the province.
At the training conference, delegates listened to the reporter convey some contents related to developing the digital transformation community of small traders in traditional markets and streets; building booths and selling effectively on e-commerce platforms Shopee, TikTok Shop; business growth with multi-channel sales; skills in building stores and livestreaming sales on e-commerce platforms; policies to accompany and develop the digital transformation community of small traders with TikTok Shop.
Within the framework of the conference, delegates exchanged and shared experiences in doing business on e-commerce platforms. At the same time, representatives of business units such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, ZaloPay, Sapo, Haravan... answered some questions related to account registration, product marketing...; consulted and supported sales solutions for businesses, production and trading establishments.
Through the training session, representatives of enterprises, cooperatives, and business households were updated with new knowledge about e-commerce and equipped with necessary and appropriate skills to apply in practice to develop e-commerce from online sales, marketing on social networks, using e-wallets, to managing customers via digital platforms. Thereby, creating a foundation for organizations and individuals producing and trading in the province to confidently start the journey of digitizing their business models, gradually changing to adapt, develop and master the market.
It is known that this is one of the events within the framework of the program "Digital transformation of traditional markets and promoting e-commerce development in Lang Son province" organized by the Department of Industry and Trade of Lang Son province in coordination with the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy , Ministry of Industry and Trade.
