“In an important effort to make Ao Dai a national Intangible Cultural Heritage, as a foundation for building a dossier for Ao Dai to be listed on the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the activities of women in Khanh Hoa province contribute to the common efforts of the Vietnam Women's Union and ministries and branches,” Ms. Nga informed.
The President of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Women's Union added that this is not only an activity to honor the Ao Dai, but this event was also proposed by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Women's Union to set a Vietnamese record.
