To achieve these long-term goals, HVN not only focuses on providing high-quality and superior safety products, but also actively and closely coordinates with functional agencies such as the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Traffic Police Department - Ministry of Public Security , and the Ministry of Education and Training to synchronously deploy many comprehensive and sustainable traffic safety action programs. Typical of these are the activities of propagating and training traffic safety knowledge for more than 27 million people each year, including students of all levels, in the period of 2020 - 2025.

Faced with the increasingly complicated and potentially dangerous situation of students driving motorbikes in traffic, the Government issued Decree 151/2024/ND-CP dated November 15, 2024, detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, including activities to guide safe motorbike driving skills for students entering high school and vocational training institutions.

Lieutenant Colonel Ta Thi Hong Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Guidance, Training, Testing, and License Management of Vehicle Drivers - Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security spoke at the ceremony.

Towards the implementation of the goals under Decree 151, on February 14, 2025, HVN and the Traffic Police Department signed an agreement and agreed on cooperation directions on traffic safety for the period 2025 - 2027. Accordingly, HVN coordinated with the Traffic Police Department, with the active support of the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the companionship of the Honda Authorized Sales and Service Shops (HEAD) system, to organize a series of "Legal knowledge and safe motorcycle driving skills training programs for high school students and vocational training institutions".

The training sessions are not dry theoretical lessons, but are designed to be lively, intuitive and attractive, helping students easily remember and absorb knowledge. In particular, students can also participate in test driving practice and practice skills in handling real traffic situations with the high-end electric vehicle Honda ICON e: - with a compact, modern design, integrating many outstanding safety features, along with smooth operation and stable steering wheel for easy control, bringing absolute peace of mind to both parents and students.

After each training session, students will undergo a theory and practical test to ensure they have the ability to safely operate a motorbike in traffic.

After completing the theoretical and practical training, students will take a test and receive a certificate of completion of the training course.

Through meaningful and practical training activities, students are fully equipped with knowledge and skills to control motorbikes, thereby being able to confidently participate in traffic independently and safely.

Today's launching ceremony marks the beginning of a series of 35 "Legal knowledge and safe motorbike driving skills training programs for high school students and vocational training institutions" that will be widely deployed in all provinces and cities nationwide. Through this activity, HVN hopes to not only equip students with necessary knowledge and skills, but also gradually form safe traffic habits in the awareness and actions of the young generation. This is also one of the clear evidences of HVN's persistent efforts on the journey to become a "Company that society expects", contributing to building a "Safe - Civilized - Sustainable" traffic environment in Vietnam.
