BHG - On the afternoon of June 18, the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam (exam) held an online meeting with districts and cities to deploy tasks to prepare for the exam. Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee chaired the meeting. For this year's exam, the Departmentof Education and Training established an Examination Council with 34 examination sites, 346 official examination rooms with 7,524 candidates registered for the exam, of which 7,154 candidates registered for the exam under the 2018 General Education Program; 370 candidates registered for the exam under the 2006 General Education Program. The whole province mobilized 1,790 cadres, teachers and staff to participate in organizing the exam.
Up to now, the Examination Steering Committee has established 5 inspection teams to directly inspect the examination preparation work in localities. The Examination Council has issued plans to direct the organization of the examination, assigned specific tasks to members; established the Examination Council's Committees; publicized the hotline phone number; established the Examination Inspection Team; completed the arrangement of examination sites, numbering of registration numbers, and arrangement of examination rooms for each exam/subject; completed the printing of documents for the examination organization and returned the examination notices to candidates; provided training in professional skills and examination inspection; organized mock exams to gain experience; schools have basically completed the review work for candidates.

At the conference, delegates focused on clarifying specific solutions on ensuring security and order, food safety and hygiene, supporting candidates with accommodation and travel, mobilizing social resources, strengthening propaganda, especially fighting against wrong views and distortions about the exam, preparing response plans when natural disasters occur; and marking exams in the context of provincial mergers.
Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha requested all levels and sectors to uphold their spirit, responsibility, and initiative in implementing tasks; review all stages of exam organization; assign specific responsibilities to each individual; implement "4 rights, 3 no's" including: Correct regulations and exam instructions, correct and sufficient procedures, correct positions, assigned duties and responsibilities; at the right time to promptly handle unusual situations and incidents. Do not be negligent, do not arbitrarily handle unusual situations and do not be overly stressed. The Provincial Police force inspected all exam sites to ensure security, fire prevention and fighting, and prevent violations during the exam. The Provincial Inspectorate reviewed personnel according to regulations. The Examination Council issued an exam invigilation handbook, organized meetings with exam site leaders to review exam content; sectors developed scenarios and plans to ensure security and safety for the exam and support candidates; Strengthen propaganda about the exam and the reporting regime; do not let the process of streamlining the administrative apparatus affect the exam.
