Accordingly, with the motto "Solidarity-Democracy-Discipline-Persistence-Breakthrough-Development", the Congress has the task of summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Party Congress of the Army, term 2020-2025 and determining the directions, goals, tasks, and leadership solutions for the term 2025-2030; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the Central Committee to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; electing the Army Party Delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
