At the meeting, the consulting unit approved the report on the results of the land price plan for the Le Thin Commercial Residential Area Project, located in Ward 10, Soc Trang city, with a total planning area of over 42,830m2 , the land type before planning is urban residential land, perennial crop land and annual crop land; the land type after planning is urban residential land, commercial - service land, green land and traffic land, in which the area and land type allowed to change land use purpose need to be appraised is over 34,667m2 .
At the meeting, council members commented on factors affecting the price of the land plot and land area to be appraised; tax issues; assessment of the situation and investigation results, synthesis of information to choose a valuation method...
Based on the purpose of land use to be valued, the characteristics of the land plot, the land area to be valued, the collected information and the conditions for applying the valuation methods according to regulations... the council has approved the specific land valuation calculation for the specific land price plan of the Le Thin Commercial Residential Area Project. Comrade Vuong Quoc Nam requested the consultant to accept the comments of the council members. Regarding the method, the calculation must be harmonious, ensuring compliance with the provisions of current law, then ask for approval.
