Hung Yen: Agencies and organizations digitize over 3.34 million pages of documents

To serve the implementation of the two-level local government organization model, up to now, agencies and organizations in the province have digitized over 3.34 million pages of documents .

Of which, provincial agencies and organizations digitized nearly 3.2 million pages of documents; the remaining documents were digitized by district-level People's Committees and units under district-level People's Committees.

The People's Committees at the commune level are actively reviewing, compiling, and packaging records and documents to hand over to the new commune-level administrative units for receipt and preservation; at the same time, coordinating with competent agencies to organize the implementation of projects, plans, and professional handling plans for archival documents according to regulations.
