On the morning of May 12, Group 2, Traffic Accident Investigation and Violation Handling Team, Traffic Police Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) organized a propaganda campaign to ensure traffic safety and order and the Road Traffic Law at Phuc Dien Secondary School (Cam Giang).

750 students of the school were informed about the traffic safety situation in the province and on Highway 5. They were also instructed on safe road crossing skills, identifying and avoiding dangerous situations, wearing helmets properly and practicing traffic culture...

Previously, on April 25, Cluster No. 2 organized propaganda at the College of Tourism and Industry in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang), attracting 600 students, lecturers and school staff to participate.

National Highway 5 through Hai Duong province is over 44 km long. Traffic volume is up to over 90,000 trips/day and night, more than 6 times higher than the design. There are nearly 10 schools along National Highway 5. Recently, the traffic accident situation on the route has been complicated, with many accidents involving students.

Propaganda activities to implement Plan No. 796/KH-UBND dated February 24, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on building National Highway 5 through Hai Duong as a safe traffic route. In the coming time, the traffic police force will continue to organize propaganda at schools along National Highway 5.
