Domestic coffee prices decreased by 400-500 thousand VND/ton

(GLO)- On May 12, domestic coffee prices decreased by 400-500 thousand VND/ton, ranging from 127.5 million VND to 127.8 million VND/ton.

Specifically, after decreasing by 400,000 VND/ton, coffee prices in Gia Lai and Kon Tum are both at 127.7 million VND/ton.

With a similar decrease, coffee prices in Dak Lak were purchased at 127.8 million VND/ton.

Meanwhile, coffee in Dak Nong and Lam Dong were priced at VND127.8 million/ton and VND127.5 million/ton, respectively, after a decrease of VND500,000/ton.

For the world market, coffee prices on May 12 recorded a decrease on both the London and New York exchanges.

Accordingly, the price of Robusta coffee on the London floor for delivery in July 2025 decreased by 57 USD, down to 5,169 USD/ton, and the price of delivery in September 2025 decreased by 54 USD, down to 5,127 USD/ton.

The price of Arabica coffee on the New York floor for July 2025 delivery decreased by 110 USD, down to 8,440 USD/ton, and the price of September 2025 delivery also decreased by a similar amount, down to 8,320 USD/ton.
