The Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs opened a political theory training course for new party members and outstanding people.

On the afternoon of July 28, at the Diplomatic Academy, 230 students, including newly admitted party members and outstanding people, attended the opening ceremony of a political theory training class organized by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The classes - aimed at realizing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Work Program for 2025 - took place in the atmosphere of welcoming the successful 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , term 2025-2030.

The opening ceremony was attended by comrade Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Ministry, representatives of the Diplomatic Academy, 114 new party members and 116 outstanding people.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Tran Thanh Hai said that implementing the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, the resolutions of the Central Committee, the Government Party Committee; the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on strengthening Party building; the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs always focuses on fostering political theory and developing Party members throughout the Party Committee.

During this period, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized two training courses, including a Political Theory class for new Party members and a class for Party admission candidates. Students will be equipped with basic knowledge about the formation of correct political viewpoints and stances, enlightenment of the purpose and ideals of the Communist Party of Vietnam, understanding of the history of the formation and development of the Communist Party of Vietnam, acknowledging and complying with the Party Charter; studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh.

The training program for new party members includes 10 topics, through which party members will continue to improve their political awareness, practice their working style and cadre ethics to become official members of the Party.

Meanwhile, for the elite masses who are candidates for Party membership, going through 5 training topics will be the beginning of the process of striving to awaken to ideals and determine the right motives when joining the Party's ranks.

During the study period, students will acquire and apply theoretical knowledge into practical work and training as advised by President Ho Chi Minh: "We join the Party to wholeheartedly serve the class, serve the people, and fulfill the duties of a Party member."

Comrade Tran Thanh Hai requested that students attending the course strictly follow classroom rules, focus on listening to lectures and discussing with the spirit of "learning for real, bringing real results".

At the end of the opening ceremony, students of the two training classes began their first subject with enthusiasm and excitement.
