Experts recommend that the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Congress should include an assessment of the extent to which the minimum wage policy has met people's living standards over the past 40 years, and clearly define the goal of achieving a "living minimum wage" in the national development period of 2026-2035.

In addition, developing a salary calculation method that conforms to international standards is considered a crucial factor in ensuring sustainability and fairness.
