Huong Tram has just officially released the MV "Chi minh anh di xa" composed by musician Nguyen Duy Anh. The song is about love, about leaving behind old things without sadness or sorrow. "Chi minh anh di xa" is the first product of the EP Sweet home , released in June.

The female singer invested carefully and took on the female lead role in the MV. Huong Tram's acting was natural, portraying her true inner feelings. In the crying scenes, Huong Tram only performed them once. For scenes that required emotion, the crew did not bother her so that she could play the role smoothly.

Sharing with VietNamNet , the singer said: "I think I sympathize with the character portrayed in the song. But I only sympathize, the story is the same as every girl in every love affair.

The message of the song is more like I am sending it to you guys on behalf of the girls. The world of wishes is pink. In love, girls are often weak, easily attracted by promises. This is both a story about romantic love but also a reminder that when in love, you need to be a bit rational and sober."

MV "Only I Go Away":

Huong Tram expressed: "Before, when making MVs, I held many positions such as: co-director, co-composer, performing singer, music producer so I didn't have much time to practice acting. The second reason is that there are too many good actors in Vietnam such as Phuong Anh Dao, Mai Tai Phen who appeared in Em gai mua or Ngoc . Third, I was never confident in my acting ability. But during the 4 years of studying abroad, I attended a short course with a teacher in Hollywood so now I am more confident.

Of course, this journey has just begun because I only act in my own MV. However, I am happy because I am the one who fully expresses the character's feelings in my own music."

Huong Tram returned to Vietnam after 5 years of studying in the US.

Talking about her decision to go to the US at the peak of her career, Huong Tram said she was inspired by a quote from Oprah Winfrey - one of the most influential women in the world.

"The most important thing for a person to be born as an artist is to have a heart to give. To do that, we must always nurture the "cup" in our soul until one day that "cup" overflows. The overflowing energy of that artist is what we reserve to give.

One day when work came and I felt my energy was a bit depleted, I stopped to find new melodies and sounds to bring back all the energy to fill Tram's heart, to fill the cup in Tram's soul once again'', the female singer confided.

Returning after 5 years, Huong Tram confided that everything in her has changed, so has love. "Now, I am calmer, I know what is not mine or what I try too hard to keep, may not be mine. I know how to let go to be happy," she confided.

In response to comments that Huong Tram's voice and style in the new MV are not the same as before, she expressed that she is always grateful for all comments from the audience and considers them as motivation to improve every day.

She admitted that her new singing style might remind some people of her old image, but reviews from music sites were very positive. The singer emphasized that audiences watching her live would feel her voice most clearly.

Huong Tram is always looking for new things in music and life. The singer affirms that confidence will help her overcome all challenges and reach out to the world, just like how she became the Champion of The Voice 2012.

Huong Tram was disappointed because her show in Hanoi was suddenly canceled . Due to force majeure, Huong Tram and her crew were forced to cancel the show 'Em gai mua' in Hanoi on the evening of May 12 and reschedule it to May 13.
