On the afternoon of June 30, the People's Committee of Dien Khanh district held a conference to announce and hand over the dossier of the Project to Adjust the Zoning Plan at a scale of 1/2000 of the Dien Khanh Town Center Area.

Leaders of Dien Khanh District People's Committee handed over the dossier of the 1/2000 scale Zoning Adjustment Project of Dien Khanh Town Center to the People's Committees of Dien Lac Commune and Dien Khanh Commune to take over management.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Dien Khanh district announced the decision on approving the Project to Adjust the Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of Dien Khanh Town Center Area. According to the decision, the planning research area has a total area of ​​339.8 hectares, within the administrative boundaries of Dien Khanh town, Dien Thanh commune and Dien Toan commune (now Dien Khanh commune and Dien Lac new commune). The planning objective is to concretize the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning Project for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 and the approved Project to Adjust the General Urban Planning of Dien Khanh to 2040; orienting the landscape architecture space, developing the technical infrastructure system in the area; renovating the existing urban area; at the same time, considering favorable locations for development to build a new urban area to exploit land effectively; Research on integrating urban development orientation with rural planning architectural space development orientation, aiming to promote the preservation of green spaces, historical and cultural works in the area, spreading cultural beauty in community life. After announcing the decision to approve the planning adjustment project, Dien Khanh District People's Committee handed over the documents to Dien Lac Commune People's Committee and Dien Khanh Commune has just taken over the planning management according to the assigned functions and tasks.
