Delegates take souvenir photos with 50 students

The course was attended by 50 students who are leaders and managers of departments, branches and sectors in 4 provinces of South Central Laos.

Students will go through 5 months of study with 880 lessons, divided into 3 blocks of knowledge with 11 sections including: Basic issues of Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought; History of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; Guidelines and policies of the Party and State of Vietnam; Party building; Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations of Vietnam; Basic content of the State and law of Vietnam; State administrative management; Leadership and management skills.

Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee Le Thi Thu Huong emphasized: The course is not only an opportunity for students to improve their political theory but also an opportunity for exchange and learning between the two countries. At the same time, she hopes that during their stay and study in Hue , students will gain a lot of practical and useful knowledge, and have more memories about the country and people of Vietnam in general and Hue city in particular.

Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang, Consulate General of the Lao PDR in Da Nang, believes that after completing this course, students will apply valuable knowledge in their locality, building Laos to develop more and more stably. Thereby, contributing to fostering the friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries in general and between Hue city and the Central and Southern provinces of Laos in particular.
