Opening of the 2025 Literary and Artistic Creation Camp

Leaders of Giao Thuy district presented flowers to congratulate the Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

This year’s creative camp was held for 4 days (from April 25 to 28) with the participation of 40 artists from the Provincial Literature and Arts Association. During this time, the artists had the opportunity to meet and learn about the land and people of Giao Thuy - a fertile coastal area, rich in patriotic and revolutionary traditions, the first advanced new rural district of the province.

Through this Creative Camp, the Literature and Arts Association creates conditions for artists to penetrate reality, enrich their material resources to create works rich in humanity, with high artistic and ideological values, honoring cultural values, promoting the beauty of Nam Dinh people in general and Giao Thuy in particular, contributing to arousing love for the homeland and country, fostering the will of self-reliance, self-improvement, spreading the strength of great national unity, accompanying the province in the cause of sustainable socio -economic and cultural development. In addition, the Creative Camp also contributes to orienting artistic activities to become increasingly rich and profound, contributing to the cause of developing spiritual life, serving people inside and outside the province.

Participating in the discussion "50 years of Nam Dinh province's literature and art after the country's reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025)", poets, writers, and researchers presented papers on a number of topics such as: Nam Dinh poetry - the flow of emotions over 50 years; Nam Dinh literature after reunification - imprints and transformations; The role of literature and art in building a modern Nam Dinh culture imbued with national identity; Preserving and promoting traditional artistic values in Nam Dinh; Nam Dinh Fine Arts – Creative Movement in the New Era… The sharing and discussion in the seminar not only clearly depicts the glorious journey of Nam Dinh’s literature and arts over the past half century, but also opens up many profound and emotional perspectives on the changes of the homeland - from poetry, literature, fine arts, music to photography, theater - contributing to highlighting Nam Dinh’s cultural identity in the general flow of national culture./.
