Urgently speed up the progress of granting land use right certificates in Trang Dai ward

(DN) - At the conference on socio-economic, national defense and security in May and the first 5 months of 2025 in the province organized by the Provincial People's Committee on June 10, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment Tran Lam Sinh said that, regarding the handling of the work of measuring and correcting cadastral maps; registering and granting land use right certificates for households and individuals in Trang Dai ward (Bien Hoa city), up to now, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has not received technical designs, cost estimates for measuring and correcting maps and the need to register and grant land use right certificates in Trang Dai ward from the Bien Hoa City People's Committee for appraisal.

Also according to Mr. Tran Lam Sinh, on April 3, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 3531/UBND-KTN on handling the work of measuring and correcting cadastral maps; registering and issuing red books for households and individuals in Trang Dai ward. Accordingly, the work of measuring and correcting cadastral maps must be completed before April 10. At the same time, registration and issuance of land use right certificates will be carried out from May 11 to 31, 2025. At the end of April, the Department of Agriculture and Environment worked with the People's Committee of Bien Hoa city to review the progress of the work. Then, in mid-May, the Department of Agriculture and Environment also sent a document to the Provincial People's Committee requesting the Provincial People's Committee to direct Bien Hoa city to urgently speed up the progress of measuring and correcting cadastral maps; registering and issuing red books for households and individuals in Trang Dai ward.

Previously, at the working session with the Standing Committee of Bien Hoa City Party Committee in mid-February 2025, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Vu Hong Van directed the city's agencies and units to coordinate with the Provincial Steering Committee to speed up the progress of zoning planning, organize a review of construction planning and land use planning in Trang Dai ward to ensure consistency, science , feasibility, and efficiency, and consider granting land use rights certificates to organizations and individuals to ensure strict compliance with the provisions of the Land Law.
