According to the report of the Da Nang City Military Command, due to heavy rain in recent days, at Hoa Son Cemetery (Hoa Khanh Ward, Da Nang City), there is a spot where soil and rocks have flowed down along the water line (from the top of the mountain to the grave); cracks also appeared in Tra Linh Commune.

To urgently overcome the consequences of landslides at Hoa Son Cemetery and cracks in Tra Linh commune, and limit the impact of upcoming rains, the General Staff requested the Command of Military Region 5 direct the Da Nang City Military Command and the National Civil Defense Steering Committee to request the Da Nang City Civil Defense Command to advise the People's Committee of the same level to direct relevant departments, branches, sectors and functional agencies to organize inspections and reviews of landslide areas, mobilize forces and means to overcome the consequences of natural disasters affecting the Hoa Son Cemetery area and people living in the above-mentioned area.

Have long-term plans to prevent, combat and handle main flow locations to dissipate energy for upcoming rains to minimize the possibility of further landslides; organize the installation of warning and guidance signs; evacuate households living in dangerous areas to safe places, support the provision of food and necessities to prevent people from going hungry, cold and homeless.

The Da Nang City Military Command organizes, implements, and reports the results to the General Staff (through the Ministry's Command and the Department of Rescue and Search and Rescue) and the Da Nang City Civil Defense Command organizes, implements, and reports the results to the National Civil Defense Steering Committee (through the Office of the National Civil Defense Steering Committee) for synthesis and reporting to the Government .
