Urgently clarify the case of a patient's death at a private clinic in Thanh Hoa - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requested the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Health to verify the information reflecting the female patient who came to the surgical clinic for examination and death.

The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management said that it received information reflecting the death of a female patient in Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province at a private clinic in Thanh Hoa city.

After reviewing the content of the reflection, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requested the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Health to verify the information reflecting the female patient's medical examination and death at the Surgical Clinic (address: No. 69 Le Thanh Tong, Dong Ve Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province) and to check and verify the patient's medical examination and treatment procedures at the clinic.

The document of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management clearly states that in case the clinic does not properly implement medical examination and treatment procedures or performs beyond the scope of permitted professional activities, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requests the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Health to strictly handle violations, and at the same time deploy inspection and review plans for medical examination and treatment facilities in the area.

The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requests the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Health to urgently implement and report in writing to the Ministry of Health before June 6, 2025 for synthesis.
