The Khanh Hoa IOC Center was established to build a "digital brain" to serve the direction and administration of provincial leaders effectively and promptly, based on digital data and modern technology. This is a key project in realizing the goals of the Khanh Hoa province's digital transformation plan to 2025, with a vision to 2030.

With the function of monitoring, collecting, synthesizing and analyzing real-time data, Khanh Hoa IOC Center supports provincial leaders in making quick and accurate decisions, while enhancing the openness and transparency in the operations of the government apparatus. Khanh Hoa IOC Center is also an effective bridge between the government and people and businesses through online interaction channels, providing information, announcements and instructions related to social security, social life, utilities/public services for businesses, people and the community.

Key areas of supervision and management include: public services, administrative reform, security and order, traffic, environment, health, education, tourism, economics and finance...

Some typical systems currently operating at Khanh Hoa IOC Center include: Public service monitoring system, field feedback receiving and processing system, traffic monitoring system via smart cameras, multi-layer digital maps for operations, data analysis system, management system, connection, and operation of multiple IoT devices...

In the future development orientation, Khanh Hoa IOC Center will continue to expand the scope of monitoring, integrate with national and specialized data systems, improve forecasting analysis capacity, support quick decision making, promote the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data (Big Data), Internet of Things (IoT) to serve more effectively the management, operation and needs of people and businesses.

The launch of the Khanh Hoa IOC Center affirms the province's high political determination in successfully implementing the goal of building a smart, modern and sustainably developed Khanh Hoa.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the close coordination between the Department of Science and Technology, departments, branches, units, localities and technology units in the process of building, completing and deploying Khanh Hoa IOC Center.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan suggested that in the coming time, the Department of Science and Technology should preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to continue to improve and expand data integration, especially from vertical industry systems, national and local databases, so that the Khanh Hoa IOC Center can truly become a center for synthesizing and analyzing Big Data to serve operations.

Strengthen training, improve operational capacity, effectively exploit the system, ensure that Khanh Hoa IOC Center is not only a technological tool, but also a "smart assistant" for leaders in management and operation; expand interactions with people and businesses, listen and respond promptly through digital platforms, contributing to building a serving, friendly and effective government.
