Tham Village Primary School is the place of study for 86 students who are children of Mong and Thai ethnic groups. Previously, due to lack of classrooms, the school had to organize temporary classrooms, combined classes, and the facilities were degraded, not ensuring safety for teaching and learning. Sharing those difficulties, Son La Provincial Youth Union has connected and mobilized units, businesses, and volunteer organizations to support the construction of a solid school for students.

Leaders of the Provincial Youth Union and representatives of sponsoring units presented the project "Beautiful School for Children" to the Board of Directors of Chieng Ve Secondary School.

Leaders of Vinschool Ocen Park Primary School, Hanoi donated facilities and educational equipment to Tham village school.

The project started construction in May 2025 and was completed at the end of August 2025, including 2 classrooms with a total area of ^70m2 . The classrooms are solidly built with brick walls, heat-resistant plastic ceilings, heat-insulating foam roofs, fully installed electrical equipment and fans, creating favorable conditions for teachers and students to teach and learn in the best conditions. The total construction cost is over 400 million VND, sponsored by Vinschool Ocen Park Primary School, Vietnam Volunteer Resource Information Center, Power 2000 Project and Online Mobile Services Joint Stock Company (Mo Mo). The completion and putting into use of the "Beautiful School for Children" project has helped eliminate temporary classrooms at Chieng Ve Primary and Secondary School, contributing to improving the quality of education, providing a safe and spacious learning environment for students in the highlands.

On this occasion, the sponsors also donated facilities and teaching equipment to the school with a total cost of nearly 50 million VND; gave 86 gifts including warm blankets, candies, and notebooks to the students at the Tham village school, adding joy and motivation for them to continue to strive to study well.
