Son La province had comrade Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors and Moc Chau ward government.

Implementing the policy of Emulation Block No. 2, in 2025, the units in the Block, including the Commands of Military Regions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 and the Hanoi Capital Command, contributed 2.4 billion VND to build Ta Niet school. The Son La Provincial Military Command is the investor, directly organizing the construction. In addition, the Provincial Military Command also mobilized additional socialized resources from organizations and individuals with a total cost of about 350 million VND.

The project started on June 1, 2025 and was completed after more than 3 months of construction. The school includes: 1-storey, 6-room classroom building with an area of 240 m²; 1-storey, 5-room dining hall - public house with an area of 200 m² with a synchronous technical infrastructure system.

On this occasion, Emulation Block No. 2, Ministry of National Defense presented Ta Niet school with many equipment for studying, living and gifts with a total value of 80 million VND. Son La province gave gifts to teachers and students of the school, contributing to encouraging teachers and students of the highland school to strive to teach well and study well.

The inauguration and putting into use of Ta Niet school not only contributes to improving the teaching and learning conditions of teachers and students at Ta Niet school and Chieng Hac Kindergarten, but also demonstrates the affection and responsibility of officers and soldiers of the armed forces of the entire army for the cause of education and social security.
