At the same time, three breakthroughs are proposed, including: Developing green, clean, circular agriculture associated with agricultural tourism; consolidating citrus fruit growing areas, protecting the "Phu Yen Orange" brand and promoting administrative reform and digital transformation. Completing the set goals and implementing the breakthroughs well will help Muong Coi commune develop quite well in the region. In that process, the private economic sector is identified as one of the main driving forces to create a breakthrough.
In line with the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development, the Party Committee of Muong Coi commune has thoroughly grasped and developed an action program to implement the resolution, emphasizing the goal of turning agricultural and tourism potential into growth drivers, contributing to improving people's lives. The commune government effectively operates the Public Administration Service Center, supporting the settlement of 100% of online procedures, from business registration to land transfer, creating favorable conditions for economic sectors to develop, including the private economy.

In 2022, Mr. Nguyen Van Su and some friends joined together to establish Muong Thai Agricultural Cooperative, Van Phuc Yen village, specializing in growing Canh oranges and Vinh oranges in an organic way. We have received favorable conditions from the commune government to access preferential capital sources and participate in a number of trade promotion fairs. Thanks to that, we have maintained traditional customers in and outside the province, ensuring the consumption of the entire output with over 100 tons of fruit/year.
In addition, private economic models in Muong Coi commune are also supported by local cooperatives in production techniques and agricultural product consumption. Accordingly, production households are able to visit, learn techniques and experiences in organic agricultural production, and apply technology and science and technology of cooperatives to apply to their family production.
Muong Coi Commune has oriented to build agricultural tourism models in the villages of Nghia Hung, Van Tan and Van Phuc Yen...
