Nam Dinh : Inauguration of fabric factory, total investment 203 million USD
The TOP TEXTILES Dyeing Factory Project at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park was put into operation by Top Textiles Co., Ltd. under Toray Group (Japan), contributing to the restructuring of the global textile and garment value chain.
On July 13, TOP TEXTILES Company Limited held the inauguration ceremony of TOP TEXTILES factory at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park (Nghia Hung). The project is being built on an area of 31.2 hectares with a total investment of more than 203 million USD.

TOP TEXTILES Textile and Dyeing Factory Project started construction in July 2022, and has completed phase 1 with a capacity of 60 million meters of fabric/year, 4 times the current capacity of Nam Dinh. The project continues to invest in phase 2, expected to be completed in 2025.
This is a high-tech project, producing a variety of high-end textile products. When phase 2 investment is completed, the factory will supply the market with about 120 million meters of fabric/year.
At the inauguration ceremony, the representative of Top Textiles Company Limited pledged to strictly comply with the provisions of the law in the production and business process, especially environmental protection. The Company also proposed to continue to receive support from the authorities at all levels, functional agencies of Vietnam and Nam Dinh province, creating favorable conditions for the Company to continue investing in phase 2 to soon put the entire project into operation, exploitation, and create jobs for local workers.

Congratulating the factory inauguration ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Dung emphasized: The project of TOP TEXTILES Company Limited at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park was put into operation in just over 30 months of implementation; this is a great effort of the investor and all levels and sectors of Nam Dinh province, affirming the open investment environment, creating favorable conditions for investors, with the motto "Accompanying businesses, together towards success".
The inauguration and operation of the factory will contribute to increasing the value of industrial production and export value of goods of Nam Dinh province, creating more jobs and income for about 1,800 workers in the locality and neighboring areas; spreading the attractiveness, and affirming the ability to attract secondary investors to invest in filling up at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park, gradually making Nam Dinh a major textile center of the country.
In addition, Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park is part of the Project to establish Ninh Co Economic Zone, which is being submitted to the Prime Minister for approval by Nam Dinh province. Once approved, there will be more preferential policies for investors investing in projects in the economic zone.

In order for the project to operate effectively in production and business, in compliance with legal regulations, the leader of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee emphasized that TOP TEXTILES Company Limited focuses on organizing production and business activities well, achieving high business efficiency and creating jobs for local workers.
During production and business activities, investors and related units are required to strictly comply with legal regulations, especially regulations on environmental protection, investment, construction, labor, fire prevention and fighting, etc.
Rang Dong Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company continues to focus resources to synchronously complete the infrastructure of Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park in accordance with the approved planning; closely coordinate with provincial departments, branches and sectors and relevant agencies to promote domestic and foreign investment, promote the image and advantages of Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park and Nam Dinh province to soon fill the industrial park; pay attention to selecting investors with good financial capacity, high production technology, and good treatment of wastewater, emissions and waste discharged into the environment.
Requesting departments, branches, Industrial Park Management Board, Nghia Hung District People's Committee to coordinate and ensure the best conditions for TOP TEXTILES Textile and Dyeing Factory to operate, always determined to accompany enterprises and determine that the success of enterprises is the success of Nam Dinh Provincial Government.
