Indusvalley Chu Lai Factory for Lease Project is part of the development orientation of a smart, modern and environmentally friendly industrial park in the Central region developed by An An Hoa .
The project started phase 1 in April 2023 and completed the handover of Karcher Vietnam Technology Factory to Karcher Group in October 2023.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Nam Hung said that Chu Lai Open Economic Zone is a strategic growth pole, growing strongly, and has modern planning.
Not only that, Chu Lai airport is being planned to expand into an international airport with 4F standards, along with a deep-water seaport system and traffic infrastructure connecting the North-South axis, Laos - Cambodia - Thailand, making Chu Lai a logistics, industrial and high-tech center of Central Vietnam, playing a key role in connecting international trade.
Therefore, the fact that Karcher Group, a global brand of cleaning equipment, chose Chu Lai as the destination for its second phase of investment expansion strategy, not only demonstrates strong confidence in the investment environment in Vietnam, but also shows the growing stature and attraction of the Chu Lai open economic zone in the map of attracting high-quality FDI.
