Construction of the bridge for people in Phuc Dung hamlet (Quang Hoa) started - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

Delegates started construction of the bridge project for people in Phuc Dung hamlet, Phi Hai commune.

Phuc Dung is a particularly difficult hamlet, 7 km from the center of Phi Hai commune, mainly inhabited by Mong, Nung, Tay ethnic groups; the whole hamlet has 104/135 poor and near-poor households, people's lives still face many difficulties, especially traffic problems. During the rainy season, because there is no bridge, people's travel in the hamlet is very difficult and dangerous. Faced with that situation, the Provincial Police Youth Union connected with H2 Group and Hi Beauty brand to support investment in building a people's bridge with a length of about 10 m with a total cost of 230 million VND; of which the sponsoring units sponsored 180 million VND, 50 million VND from the locality, people and labor contributions.

The project is expected to be completed and put into use in June 2025, creating favorable conditions for people and students to travel, while contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.

The current state of the road in Phuc Dung hamlet does not ensure safety for people to travel.

This is a practical activity to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025); towards celebrating the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025); welcoming Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
