Groundbreaking ceremony for building a house of gratitude for policy families

(QBĐT) - On the afternoon of April 24, in Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the "Connecting Love - Spreading Kindness" Fund to start the construction of 4 gratitude houses for policy households in especially difficult circumstances on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Leaders of the Provincial Youth Union and the "Connecting Love - Spreading Kindness" Fund presented a symbolic plaque to support the construction of 10 houses for policy households in difficult circumstances.

The houses were built for the following households: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Nai and Mr. Ha Xuan Tam, both in Ham Ninh Commune (Quang Ninh); Mr. Nguyen Viet Tuyen in Sen Thuy Commune and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh in Hong Thuy Commune (Le Thuy). These are people who have contributed to the revolution but have difficult economic conditions and do not have permanent houses.

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a gratitude house for Ms. Nguyen Thi Nai in Ham Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district.

Each house is supported to be built with a budget of 40 million VND from the contribution of the "Connecting Love - Spreading Kindness" Fund.

The program is a practical activity, demonstrating the morality of "remembering the source of water", contributing to taking care of the lives of policy families, spreading profound human values ​​in the community.

Provincial Youth Union leaders visited and encouraged the family of Mr. Nguyen Viet Tuyen, Sen Thuy commune (Le Thuy).

According to the plan, after completing the first 4 houses, the Provincial Youth Union and sponsors will continue to build the remaining 6 houses, also located in Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts. It is expected that all 10 gratitude houses will be completed and handed over before the 2025 storm season.
