(HG) - The Union of Friendship Organizations of Hau Giang Province has just coordinated with VESAF, NET (USA) and local authorities to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the rural traffic road project Vinh Tuong (VESAF 19 road), in Vinh Tuong Ward, Long My Town. Attending the ceremony was Mr. Nguyen Van Nhan, Chairman of the Union of Friendship Organizations of Hau Giang Province.
Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the road construction.
The road is designed as a concrete road with a length of 880m, a width of 1.5m, and a cost of nearly 500 million VND, of which the VESAF charity fund sponsors about 250 million VND and the remaining is from the provincial budget. The road will be constructed in nearly a month. When completed, it will create favorable conditions for local people to travel.
