At the recent 5th Extraordinary Session, the National Assembly issued a Resolution with 10 specific mechanisms and policies to promote more effective implementation of this Program. The National Assembly has had more flexible forms of operation to meet the requirements of practical life. Emphasizing the significance of 2024 in implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, especially for Hanoi as the year of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, the National Assembly Chairman hoped that the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital, including the community of intellectuals, religious followers and ethnic minorities, would continue to thoroughly grasp, propagate and raise awareness of the particularly important position and role of the Capital Hanoi.
