Launching the medical - education - luxury apartment complex along the Han River

On August 29, the launching ceremony of the Medical - Education - Luxury Apartment Complex Project in Ngu Hanh Son Ward took place in Da Nang.

The project belongs to the medical tourism ecosystem of Duy Tan University and Duy Tan Group Joint Stock Company, with Thinh Khang An LLC as the investor.

The project has a total investment of over 1,118 billion VND at lot B3, New Urban Area Nam Tran Thi Ly Bridge, Ngu Hanh Son Ward.

The medical - educational - apartment complex is built on a land area of ​​about 21,300m2 with a total construction area of ​​8,524m2.

Duy Tan University leaders recognized that, in the context of Da Nang aiming to become a “Livable City, a center of innovation and high-quality education and healthcare in the Central Highlands region”, the project is important in many aspects, expected to create a space for living, studying, researching and providing high-quality healthcare, contributing to meeting the increasing needs of intellectuals, experts, lecturers, students and people of Da Nang city.

The launching event of this complex project is also a practical and meaningful activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam National Day. At the same time, it demonstrates the pioneering spirit, social responsibility and aspiration for sustainable development of Duy Tan University and Duy Tan Group Joint Stock Company.
