At the conference, the Head of Emulation Block No. 1 reported a summary of the results of emulation, reward and International Labor Movement in the first 6 months of the year; identified key directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

The report shows that from the beginning of 2025 to present, the emulation, reward and TĐQT Movement have been seriously implemented by the Party Committees and commanders of the units with quality and efficiency, with many contents being completed well and excellently. Notably, the emulation has been well implemented in the work of advising, directing, organizing and ensuring logistics and technical support for the entire army and within the General Department; guiding, directing and comprehensively implementing Party work and political work to ensure effectiveness, contributing to orienting ideology, maintaining stability of agencies and units in the General Department before, during and after the merger of the two General Departments into the General Department of Logistics and Engineering...

After listening to the report of the representative of the Block Leader, delegates of the units in the block spoke to discuss and clarify the outstanding results and achievements of their agencies in the first 6 months of the year; raised valuable lessons and experiences in the process of organization and implementation, and at the same time, recommended and proposed a number of contents to improve the quality of emulation, reward and the International Labor Movement in the last 6 months of 2025 of the block.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien highly appreciated the seriousness and responsibility in the conference preparation work; acknowledged and commended the achievements and results that Emulation Bloc No. 1 achieved in the first 6 months of 2025, pointed out the shortcomings and limitations, requiring agencies in the bloc to propose measures to promptly rectify and overcome them.

In order for the emulation, reward and the International Movement in the last 6 months of the year and the coming time to achieve quality and practical effectiveness, Lieutenant General Do Van Thien requested that agencies thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions and working orders of superiors as well as the resolutions of the General Department Party Committee on leading the implementation of tasks in the last 6 months of 2025. Synchronously and comprehensively deploy leadership measures, direct and implement the annual plan, complete early and exceed the set targets.

Along with that, advise, direct, ensure adequate and timely logistics and technical support for training, combat readiness, regular and ad hoc tasks of the entire army and internally. Continue to advise, direct, and guide the effective implementation of resolutions of superiors on leadership of military logistics work until 2030 and the following years; resolutions, projects, programs, and plans for logistics and technical work; advise on the effective implementation of the emulation movement "Military logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" and the 50th Campaign as well as other movements and campaigns of the sectors.

Lieutenant General Do Van Thien noted that, along with the above tasks, agencies need to focus on emulating and implementing well the breakthroughs according to the resolution on leadership in implementing the tasks in 2025 of the General Department Party Committee; well organize the preliminary and final summaries of emulation movements, peak emulation periods, and raids; consider and reward to ensure democracy, objectivity, substance, and compliance with instructions.
