Controlling a large-scale wood factory fire in Bao Loc

As soon as the fire was discovered, local residents called the 114 Police and assisted the homeowner in trying to put out the fire. However, due to the hot and dry weather, combined with flammable materials, the fire spread very quickly. Efforts to extinguish the fire manually were unsuccessful.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Region 3 ( Lam Dong Provincial Police) dispatched 3 specialized fire trucks and dozens of officers to the scene to coordinate with the on-site fire fighting force to urgently extinguish the fire.

The hundreds of square meter wood workshop was completely burned down.

After 1 hour, along with the efforts of the authorities to put out the fire, heavy rain appeared for about 30 minutes so the fire was extinguished. The fire did not cause any human casualties but all the property and wooden handicrafts inside the hundreds of square meters factory were completely burned down, causing great damage to the victim's family.

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
