135 typical advanced models of studying and following Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style

On the afternoon of May 18, in Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh Museum held the opening ceremony of the Exhibition "Simple but Noble Examples" in 2025.

The exhibition was organized by the Central Propaganda and Education Commission; the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism under the direction of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and the 10-year review of the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle."

In his opening speech, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum Vu Manh Ha said that for 13 consecutive years (2013-2025), the exhibition "Simple but noble examples" has been held at the Ho Chi Minh Museum. This is an extremely meaningful political and cultural activity because it not only introduces and honors examples of "Good people, good deeds," but also helps the public gain a deeper understanding of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style. From there, each person, each family, each collective will continue to contribute practical actions that have a profound influence on life, so that our country becomes a beautiful flower forest of good people and good deeds as President Ho Chi Minh wished.

"It can be said that, amidst the hustle and bustle of modern life today, there are still ordinary yet noble people who silently contribute, without showing off, but leave a deep impression," the Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum expressed.

With more than 200 documents, articles and artifacts, the 2025 Exhibition "Ordinary but Noble Examples" introduces to the public 135 typical and advanced examples, including 71 groups and 64 individuals selected by the organizing committee from more than 600 typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style introduced and honored by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Provincial Party Committee, City Party Committee, and Party Committee directly under the Central Committee.

Each image and article is a touching story about groups and ordinary people who have overcome their circumstances and fate, dared to think, dared to do, constantly tried, devoted themselves to the benefit of the community, for the peace and prosperity of the country.

The exhibition consists of two parts. Part 1 with the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is a regular activity of the entire Party and people" affirms that studying and following the example of President Ho Chi Minh was launched by the Party and State right after President Ho Chi Minh passed away with the emulation movement "Living, fighting, working and studying following the example of great Uncle Ho."

In that emulation movement, thousands of collectives and individuals across the country have strived to compete in labor, production and combat, contributing to building a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic and prosperous Vietnam as Uncle Ho always wished.

Part 2 with the theme “Ordinary but noble examples” includes images, documents, and artifacts introducing to the public stories about 135 organizations, groups, and individuals of all sectors and levels. These are shining examples in patriotic emulation movements in areas such as building a clean and strong Party and political system; developing the economy, culture, and society; building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern people's army and police force. They are truly exemplary examples of will, determination, compassion, and courage.

The exhibition “Simple but noble examples” is an important event contributing to the timely encouragement and motivation of “Good people, good deeds” examples across the country, making “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style” a regular task of the entire Party, people and army in the current cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The exhibition is open to visitors until August 2025./.
