When having symptoms of fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, go immediately to the nearest medical facility for timely examination, monitoring and treatment... Instruct people coming to and returning from countries with a high number of COVID-19 cases to proactively monitor their health status to prevent and control COVID-19 for themselves, their families and close contacts.

The Department of Health also requested medical examination and treatment facilities to review and update plans for admission and treatment of COVID-19 patients at the unit according to forecasts of the epidemic situation, avoiding passive and unexpected responses.

Prepare facilities, isolation areas, equipment, and medical supplies to organize admission, isolation, diagnosis, treatment, and strictly implement infection control. Strengthen infection prevention measures, especially respiratory infections, to minimize the spread of disease in medical examination and treatment facilities.

There are solutions to ensure safety for patients in high-risk groups such as pregnant women, people with underlying diseases, serious illnesses, the elderly, etc. and intensive care areas, cardiovascular, artificial kidney, surgery, etc. At the same time, strengthen the work of cleaning the outside environment, cleaning the hospital rooms, arranging convenient departments, suitable for the epidemic situation and ensuring a green, clean, beautiful and safe environment.
