Constantly "Embrace the beautiful, eliminate the ugly, use the positive to push back the negative"

(HG) - Implementing Decision No. 238 dated September 30, 2020 of the Secretariat (12th tenure), on promulgating the coordination regulations between the Propaganda Department at all levels and state agencies at the same level in law enforcement, socio-economic development, and solving outstanding issues, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has signed a coordination program with the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, People's Court and Provincial People's Procuracy on the implementation of Decision No. 238. On the basis of the signed plan, the units coordinated to develop a plan to organize activities to ensure strictness and seriousness, contributing to effectively serving the local political tasks.

The reporter conference was organized by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

Accordingly, units regularly coordinate to propagate and popularize new factors, advanced models; good people, good deeds; constantly "Reproduce the good, eliminate the bad, use positivity to push back negativity"; propose to all levels to commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in law enforcement and implementing socio -economic development plans. Thereby, contributing to spreading and creating motivation to promote the spirit of patriotic emulation, encouraging cadres, soldiers and people to enthusiastically compete, overcome difficulties, and strive to fulfill their tasks well.

Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, assessed the outstanding results after 3 years of implementing Decision No. 238 as the coordination work has gradually become systematic, in-depth, and close to the reality of localities and units, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of propaganda work and state management work; proactively preventing and promptly stopping hot spots from occurring, ensuring political security, social order and safety, restoring and promoting socio-economic development in the province.

Along with that, orientation activities for press agencies and the provision of documents for reporters and propagandists are timely directed, contributing to the good implementation of political and ideologicaleducation , protecting the Party's ideological foundation, and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints.

However, the Provincial Party Secretary pointed out that some localities and units have not paid due attention to the implementation and full implementation of the contents of Decision No. 238. The forms of coordination in propaganda are not diverse and rich; the content of propaganda is not deep. On the other hand, the grasp of the ideological situation of cadres and party members is sometimes not timely; the work of fighting against and refuting wrong and hostile viewpoints and arguments at different times and places is not very effective.

To more effectively implement Decision No. 238 in the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary requested to continue to thoroughly grasp, propagate and seriously implement the coordination program for the period of 2021-2025 and the annual coordination plan of agencies and units. Timely provide information on the implementation plan of projects and proposals that have a direct impact on the thoughts, feelings and lives of the people and forecast pressing issues. Proactively propagate, fight and refute the wrong views of hostile forces; strengthen the management, censorship, review and handling of bad and sensitive information on the electronic information pages of localities and units.
