(Chinhphu.vn) - Ms. Ha Thi Hoa asked, civil servants recruited from June 15, 2020, until September 2025 have a working period of 5 years and 3 months, so does the condition of 5 years of working or more to be accepted as civil servants include probationary period?

On this issue, the Ministry of Home Affairs responded as follows:

The working period specified in Point b, Article 13 of Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP dated June 30, 2025 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants to be accepted as civil servants is the time working as a civil servant (excluding probationary period).
