On the afternoon of November 26, Khanh Hoa Department of Education and Training sent a document to its affiliated units and commune-level People's Committees on proactively preventing and responding to storm No. 15.

Accordingly, the department requested units to urgently coordinate with forces, agencies, units and localities to continue to implement the work of overcoming the consequences of the recent floods, quickly stabilize the situation, and prepare good conditions to welcome students back to school. At the same time, closely monitor weather developments on mass media; proactively let students take time off from school and organize make-up classes to ensure safety; do not organize teaching and educational activities when safety is not guaranteed, especially on days with storms, heavy rain and floods.
