The script of the Nha Trang International Bay of Light Festival program is owned by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Khanh Hoa.

Previously, in July 2024, Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism organized the Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival 2024 with the theme "Glorious Galaxy". The festival script was composed by Ms. Nguyen Hoai Thu - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Corex Business Solutions Joint Stock Company (co-organizer).

Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival 2024 has contributed to promoting the image of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa to the world .

The festival has the participation of 4 teams from the following countries: Korea, France, China, UAE with 2 nights of performance. The opening night has the theme "Nha Trang shines" with the participation of 2 teams China and Korea; the closing night has the theme "Convergence of Wonders" performed by 2 teams France and UAE.

The festival was successfully organized, contributing to promoting the image of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa to the world. In particular, the Guinness World Records Organization awarded 2 Guinness World Records to Khanh Hoa province: "The world's largest light show of wonders" and "The world's largest light show of Vietnamese cultural symbols - Lac birds".
