At the same time, launch emulation movements and community movements to encourage the participation of people, businesses, social organizations and content creators in propagating and spreading the message of sustainable ocean protection on popular digital platforms; promptly detect, commend and reward organizations, individuals, communities and businesses that have made effective contributions to the dissemination, management and sustainable use of marine space, rational use of resources, and protection of the marine and island environment.
