To raise awareness of compliance with regulations on occupational safety and hygiene, the Inspection Team requested the Company to supplement and post safety signs and instructions in easily observable locations in the production area; strictly implement regulations on management and use of machinery, equipment, materials and chemicals with strict safety requirements.

In mining, the Company must comply with approved designs, ensure safe height, slope, floor surface and access roads; strengthen inspection and supervision of production by shift, assign specific tasks to each worker; machinery and equipment must be periodically inspected and operated according to procedures.
Along with that, the Inspection Team requested the Company to temporarily suspend the operation of 12 equipment and machinery whose inspection had expired from 11:00 a.m. on April 18, 2025 until the inspection was completed.
