Regarding the issuance and exchange of land use right certificates, 210 certificates have been issued and exchanged so far. The remaining 11 cases have received money but cannot be issued or exchanged due to the difference between the area issued for the certificate and the actual area of use. The People's Committee of Trieu Phong district is coordinating with the district branch of the Land Registration Office to inspect and measure the field to complete the documents and procedures according to regulations.

Up to now, the District People's Committee has issued a decision to reclaim 53.8 hectares of land, approved a compensation and support plan with a total cost of VND85 billion. At the same time, it has approved the design and budget of 4 resettlement areas with a total investment of VND37.6 billion. 414 households have been paid compensation, and about 7 km of land has been handed over.
The remaining section of about 2.5 km, the District People's Committee is urgently directing site clearance to ensure construction progress of the entire route (including 1.5 km related to resettled households, being measured, verifying origin and 1 km of forest owned by the whole people is being appraised for the plan to liquidate planted forests).
After directly inspecting the field and listening to reports from Trieu Phong district and related departments and branches, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam acknowledged the efforts of the locality in coordinating the implementation of the projects. At the same time, he emphasized that these two traffic works are of special importance in connecting the East-West Economic Corridor, promoting socio-economic development, and ensuring national defense and security of the province.
The acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Trieu Phong district to continue focusing on resolving existing problems and difficulties, especially in site clearance, granting land use right certificates and relocating technical infrastructure. Quickly complete resettlement areas so that people have a place to eat, live and work safely. Allow businesses to use some traffic routes in the area to serve the construction process.
The investor must support the district with the maximum resources needed to ensure the progress of the projects. Contractors must focus maximum resources to ensure the progress of the project. Any contractor who fails to ensure the progress, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board must be responsible for resolving and handling according to the contract.
Relevant departments and branches need to coordinate closely and promptly support localities to remove difficulties, speed up the implementation of items, and ensure project completion on schedule and with quality.
